Relax, recover and refresh yourself with this indoor program!
With this indoor program we will learn about stress, recovery and the health benefits that come from spending time in nature. The program includes a few breathing exercises; deep breathing is a good and quick way to relax, reduce tension and relieve stress. We also connect our senses and learn why being present in the moment is important for our health. We also we will relax and recharge our bodies and minds with a guided mindfulness and relaxation exercise.
The activity includes:
A short lecture about stress, recovery and the positive effects of spending time in nature
Mindfulness exercise
Easy yoga based stretching
Guided relaxation exercise
370€ + vat 24% including 10 person. Extra persons 20€ + vat 25,5% pp
