Terms for FoRestful’s events and activities
Payment terms:
The customer has an obligation to acquaint him/herself with the contents and conditions of the offered tour and report possible mistakes and inconsistencies to FoRestful before payment. A mutual contractual obligation results from customer order or acceptance of FoRestful’s offer. A binding contract is made, when the customer signs up for the event
Cancellation terms:
a) If the cancellation takes place more than 14 days before the event, we will try to find another time for the event. If this does not succeed, we charge 10 € / person for general costs.
b) If the cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the event, we charge the full price.
There is no reimbursement for unused services.
3. General
All the prices include VAT (10 %, 14% or 24%) and the prices are given in euros (€), unless otherwise mentioned.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase or amend the price if the product ordered or the price is not in accordance with market price due to, for example, technical or human error in the online store.
We reserve the right to change the prices, terms and conditions. The customer accepts these delivery terms when placing the order.

6. Payment methods
Checkout Finland Oy (FI21966066) acts as a payment broker. Checkout payment broker service conveys the payment to the seller. You may use any Finnish bank button, ie Nordea, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, POP-pankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, S-pankki, Ålandsbank and LähiTapiola pankki. Checkout Finland Oy is displayed as the payment receiver in the bank statement and Checkout payment broker service conveys the payment to the seller.
You may also pay with Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- ja Debit MasterCard -cards in the net store. The card payment is processed securely with Nets SSL-protected payment form. Neither the net store or Checkout Finland Oy doesn’t have access to credit card information. The credit card details are not recorded in the systems of netstore or Checkout Finland. Net store uses the international Verified by Visa- and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. The net store uses Checkout Finland’s payment broker service in card payments. The net store acts as a platform to market and delivery products and services to it’s customers. The net store takes care of legal and other requirements and responsibilities set by itself. With credit card payments the trade forms between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (FI2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy is responsible of the card payment related responsibilities and claims. Checkout is displayed as receiver in the credit card bill and Checkout payment broker service conveys the payment to the seller.
