Pökkelö Yoga is an easy activity, even for the most inflexible ones!
This relaxing and restorative yoga (suitable for beginners) and meditation session takes place in the pure and energizing Finnish nature. The activity brings you all the positive health benefits that come from spending time in nature and during the yoga we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature. After the yoga, we will relax and recharge our minds with guided relaxation. The program also includes information about the health effects of spending time in nature and how to benefit from them in our daily lives. This activity will help you to become recovered, relaxed and recharged.
39€ + VAT 10% per person. Minimum charge is for 10 persons
Duration of the activity is 1,5 hours or according to your wishes
Group size max 100. For bigger groups please ask for availability

Location: Nature Center Haltia, Hotel Majvik, Hotel Hanasaari, Hotel Nuuksio, Backby Manor, Hotel Korpilampi, Hotel Lepolampi, Haltia Lake Lodge, Hotel Sveitsi, Koiviston Huvila, Wohls Gård
What to pack: Outdoorsy clothing matching the weather (we prefer layers so bring an extra layer for the relaxation session!) and good shoes. In case of rain we will provide good and comfortable rain capes. Water bottle is included. In winter please dress super warm!
