Relax, recover and refresh with this remote activity!
This relaxation activity is carried out with Teams or Zoom. Your team can attend from their own desktop or mobile device from wherever, indoors or outdoors. This activity helps you become calm, relaxed and recharged!
The activity includes:
A short lecture about stress, recovery and the positive effects of spending time in nature
Mindfulness exercise
Easy yoga based stretching
Guided relaxation exercise
Your guide will be outdoors during the activity but the participant may choose the location indoors or ourdoors. For the relaxation you need a peaceful space and warm clothing or a blanket (especially if you are outdoors).
320€ including max 15 persons, extras 10€ pp. VAT 25,5% will be added to the price
Duration of the activity is 60 minutes
