Relax with this longer (2,5h) mindful walk and learn about stress, recovery and the health effects that come from spending time in nature!
The activity includes plenty of information about stress, recovey and the health effects of spending time in nature. During the walk we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature while seeing the most beautiful spots and sights of Nuuksio. We also do mindfulness and breathing exercises and immerse ourselves in the forest by being present in the moment. We also refresh our bodies with yoga based streching. This activity will help you to become relaxed and recharged.

What to pack: Outdoorsy clothing matching the weather (in winter please dress super warm!) and good shoes. In case of rain we will provide good and comfortable rain capes. Water bottle is included.
