Nature Bath!
Relax, reconnect and immerse yourself in the forest!
Join us for a mindful walk which brings you all the positive health benefits that come from spending time in nature. During the walk we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature. The activity includes information about the health effects of spending time in nature. We also do a mindfulness exercise and immerse ourselves in the forest with 30 minutes long nature bath lying down on the camping mat wrapped up in a blanket. This activity will help you to become relaxed and recharged.
If you wish we can also light a campfire, feel the atmosphere of the fire and cook traditional pot coffee and have a popular pancake party!
45€ + VAT 24% per person. Minimum charge is for 10 persons
Duration of the tour is 1,5 hours or according to your wishes. The lenght of the tour is about 2 km
Group size 1 - 50. For bigger groups please ask for availability.
This activity can be arranged in spring, summer and autumn and in all weather conditions
The default location is Nature Center Haltia and it's surrounding area, other locations are also possible
What to pack: Outdoorsy, warm clothing matching the weather and good shoes. In case of rain we will provide good and comfortable rain capes. Water bottle is included.
